1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of fortniteproportal.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site publishes rankings, statistics, schedules and news about competitive Fortnite for information and entertainment. It is free to use and does not require an account.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep everything correct and current, but rankings, results, schedules, prize amounts and other figures can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for decisions where accuracy matters; check official sources.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy the Site in bulk, or use automated tools that put excessive load on it;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the Site's security;
- use the Site to harass, impersonate or harm anyone, including the players it covers;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, logo, text and original analysis belong to Fortnite Pro Portal. Fortnite and related names, marks and images are the property of Epic Games, Inc. Player names, team names and logos belong to their respective owners. Fortnite Pro Portal is not affiliated with Epic Games.
6. Links
The Site links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fortnite Pro Portal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
